I would title this post "Happy Thanksgiving" if it was more original.

My thanksgiving was interesting. Not how I would have planned, not quite how I wanted it, but perhaps as it Should Have Been.
I do not feel good. For the past week I've had nasty asthmatic croup stuff going on, and I am not getting enough sleep. I worked yesterday, today, and I will work tomorrow. I am so tired. But I don't think I'd be able to go to sleep.
Speaking of work, amidst all of the pros of my job there are a couple cons. I was hired specifically for the purpose of cleaning kennels on holidays and week-ends, when the shelter is closed. This I don't mind, what I do mind is that I'm only given four hours. The county will not pay me for anything longer than that, and when we're as crowded as we are it takes me between five and six hours. Today I worked six hours.
IT IS FREEZING COLD OUTSIDE.
I'm exauhsted. Saturday cannot come soon enough.
