I try not to rec fanfic for the simple reason that I'm usually not around and I know that my flist is a conglomeration of, like, 3 or 4 fandoms, but I'll see if I can find something. ;)
Harry Potter
I'm so picky about my Lily/James (my main 'ship), that I rarely read them, but I do have a soft spot for Fred/Hermione. For some reason, they totally WORK in my brain.

Twilight
I'm always hesitant to rec Twilight fics because, well, it's...Twilight, but I have a soft spot for slightly smutty all-human AU sagas. *headdesk*
Détruit by Somah (at ff.net) (Rated M; Edward/Bella, WIP) ...starts off a bit rough, but the writing and plot steadily improves.
The Caged Bird by Kristen Nicole (at ff.net; Rated M; Edward/Bella) Odd little AU with a healthy helping of underage smexyness. OY. ;)
Glee
There are so many talented writers in this fandom, and it only keeps growing. I'm not going to rec any specific ones, as my tastes lean very Puck/Rachel and for the life of me, I can't find the one I want to. :( I'll edit this entry later, if I do.
