The trip to GA was uneventful, but the scenery was made of lovely. Fort Benning looks like it might be a great duty station. They have a Hunt Club!! I really wanted to stop and check out the stables.
I have a feeling some OCS soldiers may end up attending airborne school, as well, considering it's right across the street.
I keep discovering... I do like a man in uniform... If I weren't so concerned about my coursework, this would have been a truly awesome vacation. It's not been bad, don't get me wrong. There just aren't enough hours in a day, and we've both been perpetually tired. Sleep hasn't been coming easily for me, and I'm sure it's an issue of feeling overwhelmed. I certainly don't regret the trip! I am looking forward to graduation and a little more freedom to move around...
