Comment to this post, and I will list five things I associate with you. They might make sense or they might be totally random. Then post that list, with your commentary, to your LJ (or just add a reply back to me). Other people (including me) can get lists from you, and the meme merrily perpetuates itself.

Its pretty much been the only way for working with horses since I started working at Kelsey Creek. Dale and Anna Marie taught me all I know and worked with all the ponies on the farm to teach them. I can remember doing pony camp when I was little at some random place and having a heck of a time with horses that didn't want to go where you asked. I really like working in a partnership with my horse rather than just demanding it to do something. I also think it can be a beautiful thing. Dale and Anna Marie have done some just amazing demonstrations with their own horses; moving together with subtle cues. Its so much more fun to have your horse interested in what you're doing together.
2.Hiking
My family is such an outdoorsy family. There are photos in my parent's hallway of me in a backpack on a hike when I was a baby. I love hiking. I've kind of fallen out of shape for hiking and haven't gone on many lately, but I hope to get back into it. I love exploring outside. I think the world we live in is so remarkable. I love Washington State and feel so fortunate to live here. I'm actually going on a hike for my dad's birthday and will be getting my boyfriend into it too. :)
3.Photography
I absolutely love photography. I got started in high school and it was the only thing I really wanted to study in college. Nothing else drew me in like it did. My favorite subjects to photograph are wild animals, landscapes, and horses. Work has been taking a lot of photo time away, but I still find time to get out with my camera here and there.
4.Good hearted
I think I've always believed in "treat others how you want to be treated." I really give everyone the benefit of the doubt and try to treat them well. Growing up I was so shy, I never thought I'd be a people person, but I am now. I care so much about everyone I know, even if they're only acquaintances. It matters to me that someone is feeling down and I want to cheer them up. I want to be your best friend and let you know that you matter to someone.
5.Whirlwind visits
Haha. I'm pretty good at whirlwind visits I think. Swoop in, pack a ton of stuff into very few days and jet back home. I think its because I just don't really get that much vacation time. But, I just rolled over at work and now I get 2 weeks of vacation instead of just one. I don't like wasting good vacation time.. I'm not one to sit around on my vacation somewhere other than home. I want to explore places I haven't been and enjoy things I haven't tried.
