Hello all,
My mare, who is currently recovering from a suspensory injury, is a bit hot / spooky / hard to deal with. Normally, we she is in full work she it isn't really a problem because she gets calmer the more work she gets. However, we are under strict instructions from the vet to only walk and trot (in straight lines for short periods of time) under saddle and I can also trot her in hand.
I have had her on Calm and Cool for the past few months, and it has definitely made a noticeable difference. However, she does still spook quite a bit and gets very antsy and .. prancy. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with SmartCalm Ultra (

I don't want to mess with a good thing as she is a lot better, but I'd love it if we could go to the "scary end" of the indoor ring with out flipping out and rearing... Any ideas for other supplements or do you think I should just leave well enough alone and keep her on the Calm and Cool?
Also, our barn had a Halloween party last weekend and many of the horses / riders dressed up. Here are some
This is my horse and me as a ghost and a Ghostbuster
This is my friend's horse (me riding in the 2nd picture) as a My Little Pony (we were playing sit a buck and used something that stuck to us, so we had to resort to jumping to lose the "buck")
The Appy Ballerina
The Punk (note the fishnets)
We also had a cowgirl and a landscaper, but the boyfriend didn't get any good pictures. You can kinda see them in the picture of the Appy though.
Thanks!
