This is a DIY question for all those inventive people out there.

I have always wanted a Pessoa training rig to school my babies in - it teaches balance, flextion, lifting the back, and a more proper frame than just using side reins.

My question is that I've bought a good length of soft rope for another horsie-endevor [rope halter making] and I have a huge amount left over. I was wondering if anyone has ever made their own rig [after all, its just rope, snaps, a cavasson, and anti-rub fuzzies]. If so, did you have a guide? For those of you who have one, how complicated would it be to take apart the rig and rebuild it?

I know this sounds like 'something you should just buy' but seriously, $150 on a clothesline and snaps weaved together a special way? I can make that, and I'd like to do it!

Google-fu has failed me for all but pictures.

For those of you who don't know what it looks like, here's a pic:

THANKS!
