Does anyone here have any experience with Dura-Tech Nylon Training Surcingles (click
here for photo and item description)? I've been borrowing
this Raleigh Web/Leather Training Surcingle, but I need to buy one of my own and I don't want to spend a fortune. I know the Raleigh Web/Leather one isn't much more expensive, but I like the idea of the nylon because I think it would be easier to clean and keep clean.
I am using this to do ground work with my horse and get him into a hunter headset, so my main concern is that the surcingle be durable and have low enough rings to accommodate this kind of training. He's a good boy and never does anything crazy (he's not green or anything, I'm just re-training him and brushing him up on his skills), so I'm not worried about him ripping the rings out or anything. lol I just want it to withstand day to day use.
Thanks!
