breeches

I ordered a few pairs of On Course full seat breeches last year because they were on sale and pretty cheap. Well, you get what you pay for and basically even after they have broken in for a year, I get nasty blisters on my knees. And they fall down when I ride, which is incredibly annoying.

So, I am shopping for a new pair. I would like to not spend $300, (more like $100 or less) but I would like my breeches to stay up and not hurt. I am partial to full seats. Suggestions?
