Help, advice on leasing

Alright people. I need some help. I might have to lease my horse for eight months and I have no leasing experience whatsoever. I've found a website that provides horsey contracts and documents so I've got a lease contract I can print out however I have no idea how much I should charge.

My horse is a 10 year old 16hh black BLM Mustang gelding. Excellent basic training, intelligence coming out of his ears (does tricks!), FANTASTIC movement, HUGE stride, warmblood size and build, nearly perfect conformation with the most beautiful legs and feet I've ever seen on any horse EVER. GORGEOUS with a distinctly Spanish/Baroque look. With his feathers and draft-sized feet I often get asked if he's a Friesian cross. Great with other horses, dogs, kids, husbands... Ready to be turned into a show horse. Would be a great jumping/dressage/4-H prospect and already excells at trail riding. Loads, lunges, ground ties, bathes, clips, good for the vet and farrier. Can sometimes exhibit brief shyness due to his wild background but considering he was born and raised away from any human contact it's really amazing he's as calm and outgoing as he is. He's really very quiet and easy to handle, it just sometimes takes him a bit longer to get used to someone/something than it does most other horses. An older, intermediate child would be able to manage him just fine. I can put him out to pasture for months and then jump on him bareback without lunging him. Incredibly easy keeper. No special feed needed. He keeps just fine on oat hay, alfalfa or pasture grass. Feet like rocks. No shoes needed, just a regular trimming.

I actually have to require that the leaser moves him to either a boarding stable or their own property. It would be a full lease for 8 months, March to November. The leaser would be responsible for transportation, feed, vet, and farrier. Leaser may use my tack or provide their own but I must approve each piece before it can be used on my horse.

I'm still not sure I'm going to actually go through with it though. There's a chance that my plans will fall through and I won't have to worry about what I'm going to do with my horse at all. There's also a chance that I'll find a friend who can take him for me instead.

Anyway, I'd love some advice on how much to charge. Actually, I'd like any advice at all. My horse is located in Fresno, CA. Also, if you know anyone who might be interested in leasing send them to this post.
