Leads
I'm having some trouble with leads, and I have a few questions to ask on the topic.
- Which lead should you be on for a circle or turn of which direction?
- What exactly IS the cue for which lead?
- How can you tell which lead you are on while mounted?
- What is the best way to switch leads, should you happen to be on the wrong one?
For some reason, I've never figured leads out. What I need is just a while in an arena with a horse that knows how to respond to lead cues. Although if you guys have any tips of ways to remember leads, I'd love to hear them. :)
