And now, here is what is making me upset today:
- Every Friday, someone is supposed to bring in breakfast food for the office (it rotates through the employees). Today...no food is available, and my stomach requests a bagel's presence.
- Considering the above, there are, on average, 25 people in the office during any given day/week. Considering that, there should be at least 25 weeks before the list goes through an entire cycle. So how is it that, in the 16 weeks I've been here, I've been asked to supply breakfast 3 different times?? Your guess is as good as mine. And no, I was not asked to do it this week.
- Traffic sucked balls this morning. The highways were fine, but the backroads were making me mad. In Lowell, some rig driver had an intersection blocked for a good 5 minutes because he tried to make a turn he obviously couldn't make. In Lexington/Belmont, I got stuck behind a school bus, and then another rig that had no idea where it was going. Also, I almost got sideswiped...twice...by the same car.
- Found out that instead of getting paid today, as we should (pay period is on the 18th, but when that falls on a Sunday or Holiday, we always get paid on the Friday before), we are being paid on Monday. Not a big deal, but just the icing on today's cake.
- Rachel signed off line while I was in the middle of talking to her. That's mean.
So, that's that. This weekend...who knows. Lots of stuff on the table, but I've really been less-than-good about keeping all the plans straight and figuring out what I am doing.
Tonight is a no-idea night. I'm sure somthing will come up, but who knows. Maybe see what Jon is up to, since I haven't seen him in a month or so.
Tomorrow is a haircut and Brian's football game. Then, there are a couple options on the table, but no idea which one I will partake in (going to see 40-year-old Virgin...again, or going to see Batman Begins...again, but in IMAX this time...decisions, decisions.).
Sunday is open as of now, but I'm reserving it for fun time with Christina, TBD soon. Haha.
