Haven't posted in awhile, perhaps, because right now, there really isn't anything to complain about. Except for maybe a lack of sleep.
News: I now know how to ride a bike. I haven't graduated to the street yet, but for all intents and purposes, I am able to, just not on any hilly terrain or anywhere where I might need to make any sudden stops.
I'm temping 8 hours a day at a music publication company. I've bombed every job interview I've ever had. I think I'm going to apply for that PEN Fellowship.
Last week, I went to Comic Con with the Pilipino posse. Saw Darth Vader in a leisure suit carrying a goblet. And the Heroes panel. And... the hotel we stayed at had an open bar. It was a nice weekend. This weekend should be more quiet. I wish I was going to Yosemite. Ah well.
On Wednesday, Will, Gerard, and Vinnie walked all the way down Sunset to meet me after work (they were training for half dome). That was fun. We got some Wendys, some biracial Persian/Irish ice cream, and checked out the Roosevelt Hotel. The music at the Roosevelt, with it's creepy candlelit setting makes me feel like I'm stuck in a teen vampire television show.
I had cheese and grapes for lunch from Famima.
Sorry to bore you with blandness. If anything earth shattering occurs... well, I probably won't write about that either. I'm just writing this entry out of boredom, really.
