(no subject)
the last two days were reasonably eventful.
Saturday: My aunt took me to the mall to get me my Christmas present(s), since I am apparently impossible to buy for. It was ridiculous. I have never seen it so full and I am a mallrat to the highest degree. According to wikipedia, Aventura Mall is the fourth largest in the US (in term of what, idk) so for it to be crammed with people...sheesh. It took about half an hour to find parking, but it was ok because we were able to talk about mostly Lady Gaga, lol. Then we went in and I'd have probably bought more than I ended up getting because the sales were good, but the lines to buy huge and the lines to try stuff on were even longer and I had no interest in waiting. So I got a cute jacket from Urban Outfitters and some earrings from Hot Topic. Several people called while we there because someone was shot in JC Penney (I think?) but nothing was shut down so I don't even know.
OH, and there's a candy store and I got a ton of gummy bears. I could get all the pineapple I want, yessss. I wanted to see Sherlock Holmes but it was impossible to do anything in that crowd so I guess I'll try to go this week.
Sunday: Santa's Enchanted Forest! For those of you outside of South Florida, it is an amusement park that comes during the holidays that's been around forever (as far as I'm concerned. I went with my mom, her husband, my little brother, my younger cousin and Monica <333. Someone was selling deep-fried Twinkies/Snickers/Oreos and I didn't get any, fffff. I don't even know if I would've liked it but at least I could've said I tried it, you know? There were some rides there that destroyed me, jeez louise. I had fun though, even if I wanted throttle the younger ones some of the time.
