I had a bit of a movie night. I don't know why I don't do this more often. Watching movies is so lovely.
Through the magic of Netflix, I watched New York, I Love You which I kind of loved. I'm not even sure why. It had all these tiny little stories. A little random, a little weird.
Then I watched 2 episodes of 30 Days season 3. I always end up utterly fascinated by this show. Into the W. Virginia coal mines, and then the world of quadriplegics. The latter reminded me of the very good old days of Friday Night Lights back in season one. Texas forever.
I worked on my knitting, too. Since I just learned a few weeks ago I feel like I need to practice it so I don't lose it. It is very calming and I am enjoying it. But it makes my hands hurt, which makes me sad. I'm making a scarf-ish thing. It's mostly just practicing the basic stitches.
