DEAR GOD THAT WAS AWFUL.

they found yet another reason to make us watch yet another woman pretending to give birth on this show. TWICE. I bet they sneak in a couple more before the series ends.

I know, right? I actually added them up... we've seen at least 9 babies being born, 10 if you count both Jacob and whoever. Hey, we haven't seen sawyer, kate, jack or so many others born. Wow, can't wait for that.

Yeah, it sucked.

oh, god, no, now I'm going to be anticipating that they're going to make us watch all of them being born. :( They totally would, too.

Oedipus called. He's pretty sure this shit is so fucked up it makes him look normal.

ROTFL. ♥

I don't even know WTF happened tonight. I don't even know. *shakes head*

:)

Same here. As usual, in trying to answer questions they just introduced a new one, and transferred the old ones to a new character.

also, do they think we are as absent-minded as they are about this show, not to recognize Adam and Eve immediately??

Or maybe they needed to show us at least a couple of, you know, actually LOST characters, in order to make us remember what show we were watching?

(although since Jack's appearance was the best part of the episode I should not complain)

Oh, I know. I could only think that they wanted to be absolutely clear (about Adam and Eve) for the people who habitually don't get it. Cause lots of people...don't. Usually get it. But they don't usually play to them that way. So yes, they needed to remind us what show it is!

I was so looking forward to see this episode and it was such a dissapointment... My personal favourite was the obviously Roman mommy giving her baby boy a Jewish name. I mean, why bother pushing the plot back to antiquity if you're just going to ignore all the ancient customs (Yeah, nerd here. And I'm proud of it ;)).

Plus, I don't understand one thing. How come they're so close to the series final and still have time to make episodes that solve nothing and give so little information (oh, sorry, we know who Adam and Eve are, we know they're over 2000 years old instead of 50, and guess what! Jacob is protecting a fancy light coming out of a pretty stream!)?

I didn't even think about the name! Good point.

I don't think they're going to answer anything. Maybe that's the pessimistic view.

Srsly? I was all like 'oh god this is a Greek tragedy on crack'. Poor bb!Smokey though. I felt so sorry for him, until he died, that's a given. I just. LOL. This whole episode made me laugh at the same level something like Tricia Tanaka might have, except that in this case I fear it wasn't Darlton's target. Uh. Well. I was amused. Probably. And hey, you still have alt!Aaron! He'll have to appear somewhere, which means Claire is giving birth AGAIN, which I'll just roll my eyes through as long as Boone doesn't have to die again. And that's all.

It really was, on crack. I wasn't laughing but it was pretty funny.

Gah, they couldn't kill Boone during Aaron's birth again...could they? Too mean!
