The authors have been revealed over at yuletide so now I can post my story!

I've never seen Cupid (hadn't even heard of it until you mentioned that you were burning the DVDs of them) and out of curiousity, I just clicked on your story, hoping that I would figure out what was going on.

This was fantastic. it's a theme that I've been thinking a lot about myself recently, and so it very closely reverberated in my heart. Friendship, love, platonic (loved the reference to the misnomer!) love. I was nodding along in eager agreeement with Claire, going yes! Yes, friendship is just as important as love is. It was a very good story exploring these different philosphies. You would happen to have those CS Lewis quotes or the Sternberg reference, by chance, would you? I'd love to read up on it some more.

Thanks again! I hope you write more in this universe. It's a much different style than your LOST works and I enjoy it very much.

And I'm glad you liked it! All the references came from Wikipedia, which is possibly an embarrassing admission. ;)
