PAULA HOLLINGER FOR CONGRESS!
I want to urge everyone who happens to come across this to vote for Paula Hollinger for Congress in tomorrow's primary (or at least everyone who lives in the third district). If you are wondering where your polling place is, you can go look it up here. If you don't live in her district, please ask your friends in the district to vote for Paula!
I worked for Sen. Hollinger a few years ago and found her to be one of the most skilled legislators out there. She is able to stand her ground, yet is still able to work with others to get things done. The Sun's endorsement said it best:
The best choice is state Sen. Paula C. Hollinger, who offers local experience, issue expertise, legislative effectiveness and a record of constituent service sure to be repeated in Washington. During 28 years in the General Assembly, Ms. Hollinger rose to the ranks of chairwoman of the Senate Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee, where she is a leading voice on those issues.
So go vote for Paula if you want principled and effective leadership. If you won't do it for yourself, please do it for me! I've been working my butt off trying to get her elected!
