A little fall of rain can hardly hurt me now
Another reason I am happy to be moving: Leaking roof. I noticed the ceiling around my skylight was all wet on Thursday night and called the landlords. They sent somebody to come look at it on Friday and they came back on Saturday morning to fix the roof. Of course before they came I had to wake up at 6:30 AM to tape some tissues to my ceiling to try to soak up some of the water and prevent it from dripping everywhere.
Apparently they didn't completely fix it because it jsut started to leak again. So now there are even more tissues taped to my ceiling. But I don't care because it won't be my problem much longer. Soon I will be living in a place where my room does not have a completely different temperature and humidity than the rest of the house. Where I will have windows that I can see out of and if they leak, will not drip down onto things in the middle of my room.
