do you wake up in the same dream?
sometimes you just want to look out your window and scream
kick out the screen, fall face first on the grass and let the gophers tug at your hair
you know there could be a dozen daises planted in your front yard
but you've chosen the rose posted on the other side of the electric fence
you can barely even see it through all those weeds
and you wish to be the one to set her free?
haha. since when did your soul care enough to bare that burden
you've seen lots of movies and done lots of drugs and even done some dumb things
but did they ever add up to the person you always thought you would be
who would of known 12 years of schooling would only get you to the point where you became just like everyone else
its a harsh reality. its like someone put a 12 gauge against your temple, pulled the trigger
now here you are. back to square one. and all the things you thought you did for right...
