The Little Things

Post 10 things that are going right in your life right now, it doesn't matter how small. You're happy with your cup of coffee. You saw a flock of geese flying over. ANYTHING. Things that make you happy. Things that make you smile. No pressure.
It's small and it's simplistic, but maybe for the time you are compiling your list, you'll forget about the bad going on and focus on something good.
1. I am just putting the finishing touches on Josh's b-day gift!
2. Obama is 14 points ahead in the polls
3. It rained today!!!
4. I love my turtle night light
5. Orchestra is amazing
6. I have become obsessed with ceramics
7. I am now sitting in on Music Theory :)
8. I got a sewing machine that can free quilt for $25
9. Preparing for the craft fair!!!
10. eating Heath Bars!!!!!!!!!
On an updatory note: I am well, My orchestra concert is Saturday, as well as homecoming (:/) BUT Sweet Honey and the Rock are coming to Earlham!!!!! FRIDAY!!!!! I am SO stoked! I am almost done with my 15" tall goddess protector in ceramics, and am starting throwing tomorrow! I am almost finished with Josh's gift, and Obama is kicking ass in the debate right now. I FINALLY have my independent study with arabic set up, and I am also making reeds that I can play on! We are playing Holst Planets for the december concert! I love working in the costume shop, and volunteering at the Adult Day Care is wonderful. I am also thinking about tutoring this girl with downs in reading (she's 6th grade age, kindergarten reading level, her mom wants her to be at first grade level). OKAY, I think that's about it. The ratties are doing well, they really like gramma because she feeds them.^_^.
