When it rains, it pours
It's been a long time, Livejournal. But I am sufficiently stressed that I feel the need to post on you.
Hi everybody! I am trying to buy a house!
It's in Bryant, my offer of $390,000 was accepted, my Dad is helping with the down payment, and I am on the phone for 3 hours a day trying to get everything set up properly.
In addition, I started working for my Dad, and we are ridiculously busy. So I also spend 5 hours a day working. The reason why it is only 5 hours a day are two-fold
1) I am also having a lot of back pain that I am currently dealing with, so 5 hours is about the cutoff point where I can no longer take the pain and have to go home
2) I am also working 5 hours a day for one day each weekend.
In addition, I am spending a ton of time dealing with back pain, dealing with Dibble (Grandpa died, needs attention/consolation) and other new house-related duties.
Long story short, I have been getting up at 8, working throughout pretty much the whole day, and then getting home at 9 and relaxing a little before sleep. I don't think I've ever been under this much stress.
On the bright side, if anybody else wants to buy a house, I know the system fairly well at this point.
