Missing While Homeless
Has Sir escaped the cellar? Nope. Trent does insinuation and speculation. Gabi did consequential things cynically and deliberately. Trent knows stuff about Sir. Gabi is profoundly dishonest. Sir stalked Gabi for 20 years. There is a cat. A homeless man goes missing. Sir wants to be in Gabi’s cellar. A deranged homeless woman acts deranged. There is talk of a predator. Kelli Williams plans to ignore her daughter to hang out at the bus station. What happened to the cat? This was OK. Sir rants about Bella and ups the ante.
Best Lines:
“Not a bunch of thieving drug addicts.”
“You don’t get to make the threats anymore.”

Trilogy part 1: One Little Heart
After the infuriating asspull that was 5x07 Sam goes from the bad woman Alia to the bad child Abigail. The child Abigail causes grave concerns and anxieties. Deep damage was wrought by her. This was the start of a deeply tedious, shallow trilogy that was a lesser work. Season 5 was so derivative and unambitious. I don’t care about Sam’s romantic torments. Abigail = heightened melodrama. Sam commits another incredible act of disloyalty. Meg Foster broods.

Encounters
Betty does a heartfelt plea and has dark moments. Reuniting with his wife and having an affair with Candy sits easily with Allan. Allan has malaise. Betty is unapologetically honest about her serious concerns. Candy is a malign influence. There is no serious consideration given to the harm caused. Elizabeth Marvel and her big pouty hair pastors. Candy is sleazy and cheap. After it all, Allan would abandon his children. Truth is aggressively told. There are cruel comments.
The appalling events to come are foreshadowed. Betty is vilified. Candy is openly lauded and feted universally. She and Allan are cold and calculating, none of this is normal at all. There is shagging and sex obsession. Candy gets jealous. No. There are inevitable implications. Much darker revelations are to come. One is fast tiring of Candy’s ever more ludicrous justifications. Betty feels undue upset. Betty is expressing utter despair and she does loud and disruptive behaviour. One feels a negative response to Candy and Allan. This is a failure as a story. There is terrible hatred and an explicit evocation of what is to come.
Best Lines:
“Doesn’t love change.”
“French for perfect.”

Zhuangzi
William is excoriating in a highly implausible scenario. Christina babbles. Everyone faces an uncertain fate. This is not gratifying just universally disliked. There is a sinister score arrangement. Charlotte prances.
Best Line:
“God is bored.”
Fidelity
I’ll skip 4x07. Charlotte tantrums, she is not gloriously impolitic. This is all crass obviousness and hollow provocation and contrivances and a still reverberating aftermath. Caleb does not elicit sympathy. I do not care about Bernard’s grim circumstances. Is there a horribly dark secret? Something catastrophic takes place or something. There is jeeping. I think so little of TPTB and their choices.

Love Has Won 1x02
More on the life and death of Amy Carlson. People have a stunning capacity for concocting and embracing ridiculous ideas as a way of coping with unhappiness and trauma. There is talk of lower masculine energy. We see footage of Amy singing karaoke. People babble about her bad relationships, her children and drugs. There are so many mentally ill whackjobs in this. People go on about protocols and galactics and simple food and Robin Williams. Amy had a terrifying physical decline. What happened to the poor cat? Wtf was the ascension? Amy was a crazy narcissist and sick.
Best Lines:
“Worst beings on the planet.”
“Go do meth.”
“I don’t know what camping is.”
“Training Hope and I as oracles.”
“God doing god things.”
“Disgusting bitches!”
“Did she try to call her earth family?”
