The Things That Matter
In the wake of The Condamned's growing popularity, Ace begins to lose himself in the myth of his character. The Dome prepares for a chance to further woo Continuum, with Wild Bill hoping to inspire the troops. Meanwhile, Staci digs further into the Dome's sordid secrets, threatening to expose the crimes of DWL past. Being useless and a moron are unfortunate facets of Jack's character. Ace is scrappy. TPTB try for power and pace. Jack is the root of all their problems in life. Willie causes near damnation. Willie has a husband and daughter? They hate her. Jack's never been in the DWL's basement. Jack is lazy, rude and ungrateful. Josh Segarra extolls the DWL. So Brooks Rizzo (Segarra) is going to put the DWL on its platform. Ace works in a nursing home. Jack has never looked into the DWL's finances? Are Continuum investing or streaming? DWL's rival also interests Continuum. This is dull. Staci whines and sticks her nose in about the DWL's debt and how the DWL can't be sold. Jack and Ace aren't selling the DWL, what is Staci on about? Staci is such a wet blanket wife. The DWL is sabotaged. Willie always picks fights. Luke Hawx of 'Young Rock' was in this. Staci tellls Jack that Tom was deliberately shady. Jack is not shocked. Bad acting or what?

Without Sin (2023) 1x01
A 4 part ITVX drama. There is shagging and bad lighting and mumbling. A woman whose daughter was murdered meets the killer for restorative justice. A bad wig is worn and there are ACTINGS. I did not care and DNF.

Rules
Sinister intentions lead to no decent Christian raising for Hannah and Jonathan. Police do not interview Jasmin or check her for DNA. Jasmin faces the dramatic change of freedom. Flashbacks show her old life. There are unpleasant moments. Something malign is going on. There is no protective outcry or discernible progress. A skull is found. Jasmin is unreachably lost in her own despair. She deals with the memory and legacy. There is broader unease and protracted stupidity. There is cluttered chaos and indefatigablity. The danger is much much greater than anyone knows. There is no contemporary urgency. This show’s pivotal concepts annoy. This is insultingly slapdash. There is no verve or velocity. Jasmin is left alone with her emotional unease. People had to follow the bad man’s mad instructions. The terrifying possibility of his punishment had to be avoided.

Hannah and Jonathan have to wear sunglasses in doors and be taught how to use stairs. Jasmin was abducted whilst wearing headphones. Did the parking garage have no cctv? Jasmin’s dad shows up and isn’t much comfort after she was held in a bunker by a loon for 5 months. Hannah is worrisome. There was conformity and restraint. Jasmin chafed under the judgmentalism of her captor. The outcome of the loon’s actions unfold. The media show up in this oddly unpopulated show. The loon had a debased imagination and a perverted spirit. There were diatribes.

What did the perv plan to do when Jonathan and Hannah became adults? This wants to play with cliches and expectations in surprising and gripping ways. This grim drama is full of haranguing people. The loon had cold ruthlessness and lacerating rage. This buries great themes. Jasmin is in a desperate state. This is not an emotional investigation. This is rambling and unfocused. Jasmin had stoic forbearance. There are disturbing discoveries. Lena's parents are awful. Jasmin dyes her hair brown. Lena's mother wants nothing to do with Hannah, Jonathan is ever irrelevant. Creepy Hannah lies. Jasmin is stalked by the loon. This isn’t subtle. Hannah is coldly objective.

Best Lines:
"Not proof to me."

"Play momma."

"If you think the wrong thing I will kill you."

"8 breakfasts and then momma was back."

The Eggplant, The Witch & The Wardrobe
Ray is useless. Sara has supposed authority but bores. Gary is only around for ridicule. Who is Nora? Nate is upset and has messy hair. A demon is some spectre reaching out from the grave. Interest has long waned. There are declining standards of behaviour and no behaviour policy.  There are visions and idiocy. The new baddie bores. Why is Nora fawned over? Constatine is always furious. This was woeful. Who is Ava and why should I care? The LOT keep lying to Nate. There is evil memory. The new baddie isn’t ominous. Nate gives Ray the punch in the face he's had coming since ‘Arrow’. Hank was a duffer who fell prey to a ruthless predator. So? Nora is ugly and dumb and useless. Nate steels up. Ray’s evil now. Oh FFS.

Best Lines:
“Cracked out idea.”

“If this is my dad’s mistress, I’m going to jump out a window!”
