gorgeous day!
sooo today is gorgeous! i woke up with the BEST MOOD ive had in a year. hands down, a beautiful day. i was up at like 7 am, and i was smiling! me! at 7 am, up and smiling! ive been a social butterfly all day long, and having the worst ooh shiny moments ever, but its because im in such a good mood, and i have soo much energy! yaaay! also as a random note, the squirrels around campus are very tame. i petted one on the nose today. i think its the same one that i gave a muffin to a few weeks back, and also the one that came up to me a few times begging for food or something. hes cute. and i give him food, and/or pet him when i can. that was my brush with the local wildlife today. in other news, i saw a lot of people that i havent seen in a long time. i saw perryn (girl perry) 2 times! i only see her at most once a week. and thats luck. so its been interesting, ive been bouncing around all day, happy and content about absolutely nothing. i finally got up and sent my mother my w-2s since she deals with my taxes since it closely directly ties in with hers because of the whole college thing, so she finally can start on that. bad news from back home though, as i discovered that our entire porch needs to be redone since my mom decided to put a hot tub on the porch and didnt do anything about it like insulate the ceiling or the floor, or the walls, and not thinkin about the moisture those give off, decided it would be ok. now the entire porch needs to be redone, from the foundation to the roof. nothing can be salvaged, but i told her it was a bad idea when she told me about doing this, and she didnt listen to me, so i can only stand back and laugh at their misfortune. they would have listened to a professional, but since im not a "professional" and only KNOW A LOT ABOUT THIS SHIT SINCE IM GOING TO BE GOING INTO THAT PROFESSION MOST LIKELY, they didnt decide that i knew what i was talking about. so they get to spend prolly close to about 4 grand on a new porch. and i laugh. thats about it for now, and yes im alive, i just havent been doing anything related to updating this badboy for a while now, so it needed to be done, if nothing else. alrighty then, later all
