If you intend to bombard me with emails informing me of upcoming shows--information I never asked for--then please direct it to eyreheadi@aol.com instead of lulu@calamitylulu.com.
That way it goes to where all the other spam goes and my personal email remains spam-free, thus facilitating the point of my personal email, personal correspondance. This also means I am spared the awkward necessity of asking people I know and like to remove me from their unsolicited mass emails, also known as spam.
I'm sorry to have to put it so bluntly, because I do know and like you, but I'm even sorrier to be flooded with emails that serve no purpose other than distracting me from the important emails in my inbox.
