Anime LA
The con had some great moments (like those surrounding the picture above), but overall it kinda sucked for me. I got food poisoning or something Thursday night. After spending ~10p -> 6a involuntarily emptying out my digestive tract, I was not up for the con at all on Friday, so I didn't go. Saturday I was feeling decidedly better than Friday, but still not perfect. It wasn't until Sunday afternoon/evening that I was really feeling OK, but then the con was over. :/
I completed a new outfit for this con:
Wig needs to be cut a bit - mask isn't quite as I had hoped, but I doubt I'll revise it. Lab coat is supposed to have welt pockets... grr for forgetting my reference material when I bought it. (there was a coat with welt pockets too, but somehow thought his had patch pockets).
