the wonderful thing about music in particular, is that it’s a highly social art form. the audience can participate, and thus they can be in touch with and transfer the same energy that the artist was in touch with. a show is just a transference of energy through music. you give it to the band, the band feels it, the energy grows, and they give it back to you. and THAT is your scene. it’s not one thing you can point to, but it’s a network of bands and kids who all feel the same thing, the same energy, the same emotions……
