After an awfully long wait and last minute 'exchange by cob tomorrow or it all falls through' kerfuffle, we exchange contracts on 374 Oakleigh Road North yesterday.

In other possibly more exciting news, I scored a ticket to a Box seat at Arsenal tomorrow! Yay!
