re: my last post, yes, i am still emotionally distraught. yes, i am still confused. but you have all been so wonderful and amazing and ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ again, i say--

thank you all so much for the comments, and the concern, and just being there for me. and to everyone feeling the same way i am, WE WILL FIGURE IT OUT.
part of the reason i'm feeling so optimistic, i think, is the fact that my parents - my whole family - has LEFT ME ON MY OWN FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS. OF COMPLETE AND UTTER FREEDOM AJHIDKLSFSG, YES. another part is the fact that i got to meet my bitches for crab today! OM NOM NOM CRAB. 3-for-2 deal that we could not polish off, try as we might, and a belated birthday cake for captureinsanity and it was all wonderfully awesome, never mind that i still have a 25-page essay due in two weeks.
the last part, though? the part that really gets me *__________*? SEEING ARCHIE LAST NIGHT WITH jehane18 AND starafar. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, SO MUCH AWESOMENESS IN ONE TINY BODY, YOU GUYS. HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE, IDK.
he got even MORE adorable than the last time i saw him, WHAT. starafar and jehane18 have already posted AWESOME recaps linking to all the footage that starafar captured and put up on youtube, so yes, you should totally run along there to see it. BB IS MORE THAN WORTH IT.
there is a lovely, ineffable quality to him that hasn't waned since the first time i saw (and fell for) him on idol. he is adorable with just this side of hot right now, like there's enough potential there to make you think awful, naughty thoughts, but then he opens his mouth and IN ESSENCE IS ALL, "OH, HAHA, UM," JUST LIKE DAY ONE, and alkdfdhosejkfr, how do you even reconcile that, idk, BUT HE MAKES IT POSSIBLE. boy wonder in all the most unexpected ways.
he's just - he did his new songs, you guys. YOU GUYS. HE IS SO MUCH--HE IS MORE, NOW. HE IS SO MUCH MORE. HE IS LARGER THAN LIFE. HE IS EXPLODING ONSTAGE, BOUNCING AND DANCING AND TWIRLING AND - LIKE, THIS BIG, BURSTING BALL OF ENERGY. he is so in love with what he's doing, and what he's singing, all of it, it just, it's the most amazing, contagious thing in the world. it's hard not to be affected by all that joy.
oh, archie. i could write odes about my love for you all. freaking. day.
