I just watched the GP2 Sprint race and OMG it was freeking awesome LOL. I've never had a proper chance to watch GP2 before cause it was on Setanta earlier in the year but it went bust so now it's on Eurosport. I've followed the results for a while cause Hulkenburg is awesome but this is the first time I've actually watched it properly (well I watched the feature race for Hungary on Friday afternoon I think, but still, that wasn't live :D) and they are all crazy!
The first corner of the first lap was just mayhem -giggles- They all tried to get into the same space at the same time and it didn't work at all. A few of them crashed and little Nico sneaked up to 3rd B-) (he was 7th on the grid since he came 2nd in the feature race. They reverse 1st-8th in the feature race for the grid for the sprint race) Then the safety car came out. Then after the safety car went in Rodriguez pulled some banzaii move to get past Kobayashi (who had a dodgey front wing and really shoul've been in the pits by that time) and ended up going wide letting Nico through. Then he spun and crashed out. Then the safety car came out again. Then Kobayashi got the black and orange flag and had to pit letting Nico in the lead. Then someone else probably crashed or something so the safety car came out for the 3rd time in 7 laps! After that it pretty much settled down and Nico won, but it was awesome.
Defo something I need to keep watching.
Anyways, in F1 McLaren lock out the front row o_____o If after Australia someone told me they would do this by round 11 I would've sent them to a shrink LOL. I hope Kovi can do something but he never seems to be quick in the race ): Butt, his seat is under threat so maybe he'll pull something out the bag :D Orr maybe Rosberg can do something. He's got a crapload of fuel in his car which could play into his hands. Hopefully. I hope he can get a podium or something, he deserves it. And he's wiped the floor with Nakajima this year aswell, he has 25.5 points whilst Nakajima has none. Go Nico :D
