Review: This fic is short but is clever with how it spaces out the story so you never feel like you are rushing through the good bits. I feel like the author has managed to capture all the best of every shadowhunter character shown and you feel proud of them for dealing in a world where the Hunger Games is a real thing.
I’m also glad of how they balanced Alec’s character with being a contestant. Alec is strong and he can fight but we all know he is a protector first and foremost. Jace is the instigator in any story and as he is not in the games Alec has no one to follow but he survives and I believe very much in character.
I very much like this fic and the new Shadowhunters Tv Show on Netflix.
