Unfortunately, there's not much I can say about this fic without spoiling a vast swath of Welcome to Night Vale, but if you're caught up, you need to read this Steve Carlsberg-centric fic. It's a fascinating look into the Night Vale that exists outside of Cecil's admittedly broad but broadly biased scope. In it, we see Steve Carlsberg, not through Cecil's eyes, but telling his own story. It, and the September Monologue that it was based on, expose the way Cecil's bias has affected us, the listeners, inculcating us into despising someone we knew nothing about long before we had ever met him.
