Review:
I adore this story. I've always liked restaurant/bakery AUs, and this story substitutes Harry's talent with magic to a talent with baking. All the series regulars are there, with their roles slightly tweaked to fit the new setting. The trauma Harry suffered as a child in canon has been amplified, and the ramifications still reverberate through his life. The "bane of his existence" is John Marcone a corporate lawyer and regular customer with his adorable daughter, Ivy. Harry and John's interactions are mostly snark, until Harry's long Thomas comes to visit. There follow some romantic-comedy style miscommunications, fabulous baked good and cooking, Harry dealing with some intense PTSD, romantic and personal resolutions for Harry.
