A few years after the war, Harry gets hexed with a nasty skin-eating curse and there are only a handful of potion masters in the world who can brew the cure. Guess which one Harry asks first.
This fic starts out a little too slow and ends a little too fast, but those faults are more than made up for by the wonderful interaction between Harry and Severus. Harry is very much an adult in this fic: he's mature, he knows what he wants, and he's confident in himself. As a result, Severus treats him as an adult: he's still acerbic and sharp-edged, but not dismissive. The end result is an adult relationship, as complicated and serious and frustrating and satisfying as those can be. Probably not your best bet if your kink is a significant age difference between partners, but a good choice if you're in the mood for a equal relationship between Harry and Snape.
