Stories I loved and will probably never be considered 'literature' but I re-read them often anyway:

SGA:
A Beautiful Lifetime Even by Shalott (Rodney/John)
http://www.intimations.org/fanfic/stargate/lifetime_event.html

The Proposition by Jane Elliot (Rodney/John AU, ensemble)
http://jane-elliot.inkquill.com/fiction/proposition.html
Sorry Jane, I just can't call this serious literature ;p

SV:
The Comfort of Adversity by Kantayra (Lex/Clark)
http://kantayra.under-my-umbrella.org/viewstory.php?sid=202

NCIS:
12 Hours by The Tenth Muse (gen zombie fic, with some Tony/Gibbs)

SPN:
Last Outpost of All That Is by Stearns (Sam/Dean post-apocalypse fic; full-length rec coming sometime this month)

Dude, The Proposition is based on an *actual romance novel*. It really isn't meant to be serious literature. (And, considering how I avoid serious literature like the plauge, this is probably a good thing:)
