Why? They have great designs most of the times. But the names are quite confusing: skin, template, layout, etc.

I'm stuck with Yahoo!Japan. If only my Yahoo!Japan ID is not that embarassing. *LOL*

Yahoo! Japan blog:
1) setup a Yahoo!Japan ID
2) login and go here: http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/NBLOG/makeblog.html
3) fill out everything marked with red star: blog title, blog description, your userpic, and then the keywords so other users can find your blog.
4) click the left button, your blog is created.
5) go here and follow the instructions to change your blog template:

Choose themes here

And guess what? There's only one theme with switchable positions and stuff. Arrgh!
