Title: Find You Again
Series: Gundam 00
Pairing: Lyle/Curtain no Tieria, implied Lockon(Neil)/Tieria
Rating: PG-15
Summary: Fascination and possession and realisation.
Author's Note: This is entirely speculation. It's actually one of my many speculations and interpretations. It's probably untrue. Still. Written after episode 2 of S2.

Tieria Erde looks at him and says his name 'Lyle Dylandy' with sharpness in every angle of his eyebrows and mouth. At first Lyle thinks that it's some sort of tenderness. )

so you're guessing it's Tieria's arms around Lockon in that ed scene :)
I liked it.
Honestly, I haven't had a chance to think about the relationship between Neil and Lyle, because I've just watched the first 3 episodes of the new season, but there's definitely something interesting left behind the scenes. Poor Lyle haven't even heard of his brother in 4 years.. >__<
interesting, interesting. I like your take on that.
Thanks :)

You're welcome!

I find the dynamic between Lyle and Neil fascinating, but personally, I don't think the arms in ED would belong to Tieria. It wouldn't really suit the tone of the series, as well as being too predictable (or conventionally unpredictable). I think it's most likely to be a figure (lover?) from Lyle's past whose death is the main reason for his fighting.

can be. But if it is someone else they could have drawn some sort of clothing around those arms, so that we'd definitely know it's not Tieria, or someone else we can identify :)
they didn't.
whatever this game is about I like it XD
I think I love Tiieria (and his relationship with Lockon) too much to not imagine him being behind the curtains, even though I don't think this anime will go anywhere near yaoi, it'll be very unusual at the very least if it does.
but we'll see ^_^

I, for one, would also be very happy. But no, I don't think Gundam is that kind of show despite the possible subtext

but for not-that-kind-of-show the creators surely give us lots of it -is enjoying the scene where Lyle calls Tieria a cute teacher- XD

but anyway it's too early to guess where the story is going

AND AND AND....Tieria's welcoming of Allelujah. The possible Lyle-Feldt-Tieria love polygon in the next episode.......IT'S MOERIA. MOERIA ERDE.

Ohdear. I really hope Gundam will hold itself together.

Tieria's personality has changed quite a bit. But it's not very unusual in the circumstances. He's pretty much been in charge of CB for the past four years, and good leadership is not compatible with the cat-like behavior we've seen in the first season. as for Lyle it looks like he's trying to learn what his brother's relationships with other members of CB were. With Felt it's obvious that she has a crush on "Lockon" so he's pushing it all the way to see what happens, same with Tieria. But when he meets Allelujah, he doesn't know how to react yet, so the scene looks weird. Damn, I want to see the kissing scene and whether Tieria saw it or not xD

I think Tieria's personality change is definitely interesting and drastic. For example, the contrast between his interaction with Setsuna and Allelujah in S1 (who he both threatened to shoot). His role in CB is definitely a reason (but then I would also think that Ian at least would have also had a sort of leadership role in the rebuilding of CB) but there's also the absence of Veda. His changed personality could also reflect how his motivations have now changed - that instead of acting in accordance to a stipulated plan, he is now living for himself, or to carry on Lockon's will and so on. There's also how his change in personality could emphasize how far he's come from being machine-like which then suggests that Tieria has deviated from his original purpose (which if we follow the hints, would be the same purpose as that of Regene and Innovators ( ... )

Yeah, the absence of veda is definitely a big reason too. I wonder if Tieria actually knows about the existence of the innovators or not. I was watching the last episodes of the first season yesterday and he had already significantly changed by then, I don't know why so many guys are complaining about the "sudden" changes. Poor Tieria looked so lost and very human blaming himself for Lockon's injury.
I think Lyle is also using Felt, you know so that he can sneak around freely and Felt would be keeping her eyes closed on it. Although it is a dangerous strategy with Tieria XDD instead of being distracted by the darama Tieria might actually start kicking Lyle's ass XDD and well take time to investigate what the guy is doing behind the scenes.

I saw Tieria standing at the doorway, I was just wondering if those scenes actually follow each other in the anime and not just in the preview :D but if Tieria did see the kiss, they we are certainly gonna have drama XD Sunrise know what fans need!!!

(Sorry for the late reply!)

I think Tieria did have a rather sudden change, but rather, it occurred when Lockon protected him and he switched is focus from vedavedavedaveda to Lockon and being human.

Huuh, I didn't think of Lyle actually using Feldt - though that is a very valid point :D And yess for Tieria ass-kicking: LYLE DYLANDY YOU ARE UNFIT TO BE A GUNDAM MEISTER D:< And it is obvious that Lyle is doing something behind the scenes with his information-passing to Cataron.

I really do hope that those scenes follow each other! XDD Am looking forward to possible drama....unless all Tieria does is go "Lockon Stratos...;_;"

it's ok I had a crazy week so i probably wouldn't have replied anyway :)

Tieria looked like a little lost kitten when Lockon got injured, he was just so adorable ^___^ yep, that's when he changed.

If Lyle is using Felt, he must be a complete bastard XD which actually makes him a better match for our Tieria in my twisted brain. I like seeing them bicker. It's romantic XDDD
I really don't mind Tieria crying when he sees Lyle kiss Felt or at least getting upset, that will prove that he does have feelings for Lyle:)) damn we so need to know if Tieria saw them or not. Lyle is not an idiot too, if he let Tieria see that must be for a reason too... funny how both Felt and Tieria are spying on him, such a popular guy XDDD

=ooo I still don't know how I feel about bastard Lyle. It seems like such a lose-lose situation for Lyle: if he's a good guy, it'll seem like he's unoriginal and just imitating his brother, but if he's all bastard-y, it'll be like RUINING NEIL'S MEMORY D:< I suppose it's best if it's a mixture?

Ohh...episode 3 - where Lyle called Tieria cute and Tieria's response kajklgjlagjka

Haha, everyone loves Lyle. I wonder if Tieria would cry. He might just try to shoot Lyle.

well I think he's being a bastard because of whatever is going on behind the scenes and Cataron. He doesn't seem to have a rotten heart and evil soul XDDDDDD Tieria wasn't exactly a nice guy himself in most of first season episodes and there was a reason for that, but Neil helped him change. Maybe Tieria will do the same for Lyle.

yeah, episode three is my favorite so far XDDDDDD ♥ I hadn't been in extreme fangirl mode ever since Clamp ruined Tsubasa, but second season of Gundam and this episode totally made the feeling come back XD

I'd actually like to see Tieria kick Lyle's ass or try to shoot him sometime :D
maybe not after that scene though... it's too early for him to develop strong feelings for Lyle anyways and I really don't want Lyle to be just a substitute for Neil as he seems to be to Felt :/

Well, he hasn't been that bastard-y so far: perhaps just a bit out of place. It would probably be in his and Cataron's best interests if he gained Celestial Being's trust as that would then enable to move more freely within Celestial Being. Tieria changing Lyle would make me very very very happy as it brings with it all those parallels with Tieria and Neil, but at this point, it doesn't seem very likely as Tieria seems to be purposely keeping his distance from Lyle.

The episodes just keep getting better and better XDD Speaking of which...SO EXCITED FOR EPISODE 4. GUNDAY!
