I'd have to say that in my opinion these of your top choices so far are really strong, good schools:

Ohio Wesleyan
University of Denver
University of the South

And you're still waiting to hear from a couple of schools, right? Or not?

Okay, here's my opinion (for whatever it's worth!) on the three schools above.

Ohio Wesleyan
Ohio Wesleyan is not a party school, which is good! The liberal atmosphere you will probably like; however, I think in general the town and Ohio may not be very exciting. It will be a close-knit, small, highly academic environment. I know this will be a good match for you in academic quality, and you can make strong friends with others because they will work as hard as you. I worry mostly about it being all work and no play.

University of DenverI see this as a good match for you. Kevin says it is a party school, but I've read so much saying that recently the administration has cracked down and really stressed academics. I think you could easily find friendly, fun, vibrant people to hang out with here who will understand you very well, and of the three schools, this school will have the most exciting things to do in the area, which I hear can be a lot like Austin in its attitude. It may be more "fun" than the other two schools, but you are ( ... )

Oops, I accidentally posted when I wasn't done. Okay

It is accadmecially very good, though the campus is pretty isolated from a fun city environment, like Ohio Wesleyan. People are friendly and there are a lot of opportunities to do outdoorsy things. The students and professors really get to know each other because there is not a lot to do off campus. That could be a plus or a minus.

Mallory, I like all three schools more or less equally, for different reasons. I could definitely picture you happy at any one of them, and the choice is really just up to you and what you want.

yeah Washu, Skidmore, and Franklin & Marshall(which I found I hate). I am still going to keep WashU in the running b/c it's a great school. It's not like I'll see Kevin and we will be in diff departments anyways.I'll be at Arts & Science and he is at the Business School.

I agree to keep WashU there, but you do know that if you are waitlisted they tell you if you get in sometime in June. By that time, you need to have accepted at another college. That's usually how it works, so you'll have to pick a school, unless Wash U does waitlisting differently...
