Caught a plane at 12:30 am, got here at about 11am local time. Immediately took the subway to the B&H Photo super-ultra-mega store to purchase this lens no one in pdx keeps in stock...
Now I'm hanging out at 9th & Broadway at the studio where HiFi works, about to hop a bus to DC... where we'll see The Prids - but MORE IMPORTANTLY, my sweetie:
who for the last week I've only been able to see on my laptop.
I CAN'T WAIT.
oh, and I've been awake for something like 30 hrs. I anticipate it'll be 48 before I crash on HiFi's floor.
