letter to Professor Slughorn
Professor Slughorn,
I was wondering if it wouldn’t be so much as to ask you whether me and two of my companions would be allowed to take a walk in the grounds for an hour or two over the weekend? Whilst we are in a rather tension situation with the goings-on in the outside world perhaps being allowed to release a little tension with a walk would be suitable. In this matter I respectfully beg your acceding to our request. I feel it’s incumbent on me to also try and show an example that we Slytherins are of course trustful and not all of us are as nefarious and images seem to portray. I sure by showing us to be responsible to simple do something such as being given a modicum of trust to take a turn about the grounds would at least show that some of us can be sensible.
