I’ve heard probably as little as you have. Millicent hasn’t really been back to the common room. I think the Auror’s are still questioning her and keeping her under observation.
As to her role I have no idea. I think she was with the Safety Inspector who was conversing with Potter and things got out of hand so she’s being questioned as a witness. Well that’s what I can make out and/or suppose. I highly doubt she would purposely do this though with any malicious intent. Not with her background.
