I have loose connections with Mandy Brocklehurst, you may have vaguely have heard of her family or your parents may have. I don’t quite know about her connections, her parents are friends of the family though so I have known her prior to Hogwarts. She accompanied Kevin to the Halloween ball. I also know Morag MacDougal through Mandy but to a lesser extent I must say.
I’m sorry this missive is a little late in reply but I’ve just arrived back home to find the letter left here, I imagine the journey was a little too much for your owl to keep making the trip. I do hope things have improved at home though.
