I missed you at breakfast this morning. I do hope you’re okay, as you looked rather disorientated at lunch as well. I hope it’s not some sort of flu. Although we’ve been trapped indoors for the last few weeks due to some absurdity on the Safety Inspector’s behalf so perhaps not. Do you know that he actually suspects me of tampering with the food at the ball?! I’d rather think I was too busy that evening for such banal and trivial pranks.
My mother has raised my shopping budget this month and I was hoping you’d advise me on what colours are in this winter. I’m rather perplexed as some girls seem to be wearing shades of brown and green, surely they’re autumn colours? I’m terribly sorry for blithering on like this only I thought a nice bit of shopping and distraction would be in order at the moment.
