She is in the sense that both her parents were Rotties. She's not "papered or regsitered" or anything like that.
She even has her natural tail!!!

I think she looks awesome with her natural tail! I have an Aussie, and I wish they'd left his pretty long fluffy tail alone:-(.

"STUCK" with her was in quotes. Meaning....I'll have to keep her because I couldn't possibly part with her now. :)
If Evan ever does get an apartment....he can leave; but she's staying. LOL

In this one, you can see her tail. Most Rotties don't have 'em. But she does.
