3. Enter your Current Address and the Address of your Childhood Home (or at least the town if you don't remember the exact address)

I actually went with the very first address that I remember, rather than the one where mom & eliz. live now; not that there's much of a difference.
Total Est. Time: 16 hours, 23 minutes
Total Est. Distance: 1080.45 miles
About the same as Dorothea's (!), and like her, I find the estimated time a little odd. They are definitely imagining a straight drive, no potty/food breaks. In my experience, it's a solid two day trip, and it can take longer if you're being leisurely. OTOH, if you iron-man it, you can do that trek in a day and a half. Except for Portland and LA, it's all long stretches of very fast road.
