A little bit meta
While I was in France, I wrote a story which I am posting here. I suspect it has a very, very limited target audience but perhaps you will enjoy it even if you don't "get" it. (Well, I had HA in my mind and she seemed to work fine lol!! Though 'more voluptuous' threw me on that a little...)
HA is pretty tall and slim but she's more well endowed than MD is. *might have spent too long thinking about this* MD is very slim all over. The line was influenced by my character Viola though who, while played by HA, is shorter and curvier than the actress really is.
The references!! Did I spy some Castle AU in there...? (sex several times/probably shouldn't have) - because I was COMPLETELY (going by my actor/actress guesses!) taking the novellist/girl as Matthew/Mary.
I wouldn't say Castle AU was in my mind any more than, er, any other stories that might have been written (:P) but the conversation about sex was definitely inspired by our writing and feelings about doing it and the (perhaps) ridiculousness of smutfic in the first place! So yes, Castle AU was in my mind!
Oh and the foreshadowing!! (Rebound girl/being different!) - had Lavinia even been confirmed then?!
Let's just say that the last scene got substantially rewritten yesterday when I was typing it up... (Partly because it was crap but also to incorporate some new ideas!)
