It's cold inside?
That was fun: got back from home yesterday to find it was in the 40's inside the house (20's outside): furnace had quit. Nice timing. Although I guess better for it to happen now than just before our during a trip.
Anyhow, switched on all the lights and an electric heater to slow down the decline and called WA energy services (who installed the thing and clean it). Had a repair truck out in less than an hour. Curiously enough, a pair of Mormons had knocked on the door just before the truck got here. Not sure what that says about either of them.
Turned out the motor on the condensate pump had shorted out, dropping the voltage to the rest of the furnace too low for it to operate. Easy fix.
