Reunion
Met up with Mavis, Alvin, and Leo at MOS Burger at Ngee Ann City. The “reunion” was definitely the highlight after my rough and long day. It was so good to meet Leo finally face-to-face - what a cool dude! He was so alert and active the entire visit (until he got sleepy) and did so well in my arms. :o) Wanted to gnaw on his yummy limbs and Mavis said it was ok but I don't think it would have been too socially-appropriate at the crowded MOS Burger.
Mavis looked fantastic (the last time I saw her, she was already very pregnant and she’s already lost all the baby weight! Amazing!) and totally at ease as a new mom. Both Alvin and Mavis were so attentive to Leo, it was very sweet to witness. He is definitely a blessed kiddo because there’s so much love around him. I tried to get him to say “Grace” and he gave it a couple of good tries *bwah hah hah!* If I have had more time, he may have learnt to say “Grace” ahead of “Mommy” and “Daddy”. *DOUBLE EVIL bwah hah hah*
Sorry to have kept you guys out late! I am so glad I managed to catch the family before leaving. It’s just a pity that it was so short! Also thank you for the pressie for Naia - it's going under our Christmas tree once I get home!
