First entry! (sort of!)
Woo!
Well, here goes. I used to be fangirlsdaja , but the name (and the general atmosphere) of my journal was rather... blah. So I thought to start up a new journal, a little more artistically inclined, with a biiiiiiiiiiiit of an emphasis on, well, the positive. Also, the over-use of commas.
Where to start?
Well, I got a new pen this month, which is the sort that you have to dip into an inkwell and pray that it won't leak. Having ignored traditional art for so long, I'm slooooowly on the path to learning the ropes. Here are two sketches I might possibly color one day:

And this one came out a little wonky. The scanner managed to chew both of these up pretty badly, but this one in particular took a beating:
You can see I'm not all too used to using this sort of ink, yet. And it's inspired by a bit of odd artwork I saw on a tree stump, once.
