If you're having a Saturday-Sunday-Monday three-day weekend, Sundays are always the best day. On Saturdays, you tend to be a little zonked out from all the drama of the previous week(s); on Mondays, you're scrambling to finish all the work that needs to be done before Tuesday. On Sundays, however, the blissful weekend-relaxation-let's-have-fun mode has kicked in, and you know that you don't really have to do anything school- or work-related until Sunday night (ha) or Monday. Of course, all of that makes working on Monday even more difficult than it already is, but hey - it's Sunday and the world is set aright, so who cares about Monday?
It's kinda funny, though - Friday-Saturday-Sunday three-day weekends aren't nearly as enjoyable as Saturday-Sunday-Monday weekends are. I can't really explain that one. Nor do I want to - goshdarnit, it's Sunday and the world is available for my enjoyment!
Quote of the Day
